Textbook Returns Policy

Save your receipts! You need them to return texts for full credit. NO RECEIPT, NO REFUND.

Full refunds are available only during the first week of each semester, with the exception of summer sessions (only three days from the beginning of classes).

Returns after the one-week period are accepted only with a revised class schedule, and a receipt.

Publisher shrink-wrapped materials must be returned unopened. If opened, they become nonreturnable.

Books must be in perfect condition for a full refund. We reserve the right to determine if a book is in perfect condition.

All textbook sales beginning the second week of the semester, and the second week of summer session are FINAL, no exceptions.
