Payment Plans
All students are required to sign up for a payment plan. This process is begun through the Payment Selection Form.
Traditional undergraduate student Payment Selection Forms are required annually. Graduate and School of Professional Studies students complete one form for the entire academic program. Available payment plans include semester plans, monthly installment plans, a Vocational Rehabilitation Plan, and an
employer or third party payment plan.
Financial Aid Recipients:
Regardless of payment plan choice, application and requirments of the financial aid process must be started early to assure that they are completed prior to the start of each semester.
Semester Plan
Payment is made each semester through personal payments, financial aid or a combination of both. Semester payments are
due August 15th for fall semester and December 15th for spring semester. Payment for other enrollment periods is due
upon receipt of the bill or prior to attendance.
Interest Free Monthly Payment Plan
To sign up for an interest-free monthly payment plan please complete a Payment Selection Form as indicated above. A payment agreement is required and an enrollment fee is charged. Monthly payments are due on the 15th of each contracted month.
Employer/Third Party Payment Plan
To sign up to pay through a third party (not loans) or employer, please complete a Payment Selection Form as indicated above.

Vocational Rehabilitation Benefit Plan
If you have benefits through the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation, please complete a Payment Selection Form as indicated above and submit your payment voucher to our office. For assistance please contact Sherri Moore-Harrison in Student Financial Services.
