Inclusion and Leadership - George Fox University
This leadership and scholarship initiative, in partnership with the Portland Leadership Foundation, provides full-ride scholarships to equip urban students to serve and lead on campus before returning to their neighborhoods as agents of change.
George Fox seeks to become a racially and ethnically diverse community. To this end, the Blueprint serves as a document by which to guide us as we enroll and nurture a racially and ethnically diverse student population and employ staff and faculty members who are persons of color.
The university’s Office of Multicultural Programs educates students on diversity from a Christian worldview, cultivates students' attitudes, ideas, and behaviors as they relate to multicultural issues, and encourages participation in activities that celebrate cultural differences.
