Photo Request
We want to treat you right and roll out the red carpet when you arrive at George Fox University. But we need your help!
Will you please send us a photograph of yourself? A wallet-sized picture would be fine. Please print your name on the back of the photo. We will be displaying your picture along with all the other new students in the atrium of Stevens Center.
Please enclose the picture request form along with your picture.
High School Transcript Request/AP Transcripts
Please complete this high school transcript request form and turn it into your high school office as soon as possible. Evidence is needed showing that you have graduated from high school before you can enroll in college.
If you have taken AP courses the Registrar's office will need to have official copies of these transcripts as well. During the first semester of school be sure you follow up with the Registrar's office to make sure your AP classes have been transfered into your academic record.
College Transcript Request/CLEP test results
In order to transfer your previous college coursework, GFU needs official transcripts from these institutions. If you have taken any additional coursework since the last official transcript you sent to George Fox University, please complete the college transcript request form and submit it to the Registrar's Office of your previous college(s) as soon as possible. Complete this form and send it to any colleges you have attended prior to coming to George Fox.
Have you taken any CLEP tests? Make sure the test results make their way to the Registrar's office so that they can be applied to your academic record.
