"Mind and Spirit" is the theme for this year's Orientation and a phrase that you'll see in many other areas of campus. At Fox, we hope that you will be purposeful in engaging your mind and spirit--with your academics, your social activities, and your spiritual growth.
In combining faith and learning, we believe your experience at George Fox will truly be full and life-changing. As a Christ-centered community, the opportunities to engage in this way are endless: conversations in the residence hall, a special concert, a meaningful class discussion, a serve trip, an evening in Portland, a research paper, a speaker in chapel, or an intramural game...the options are endless.
Orientation provides you the opportunity to connect "Mind and Spirit" too.
Time with your orientation group, the Mystery Bus Tour, moving into the residence halls, worship times, meeting new people, connecting with returning Fox students, or considering what to do in a new place and a new time of independence.
