Paul CaseyPaul serves as the small group development and communication director at Bethel Church in Richland (www.bethel-church.org) , WA, a church of approximately 2600 people. Prior to his current ministry position, Paul had been a teacher and administrator in three Christian schools for a total of 13 years. He has a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a Master's in Educational Administration. He is a consultant and has been a seminar speaker for 14 years at 24 ACSI teacher conventions (in 4 regions) and 6 administrator conferences, along with speaking for the Northwest Christian Education Conference and for the Association of Marriage and Family Ministries. In addition to being president for 2 years of the Principals Association of Christian Schools in the Puget Sound region, and featured in Kiwanis magazine in 2003, Paul writes articles for Christian Teacher magazine and 4 other publications, does monthly spots on leadership on local radio, and serves on the Northwest Christian Speakers Bureau, speaking at camps, retreats, and parenting seminars.

Paul's personal mission statement is "To add value to others and to draw them to Jesus through equipping/encouraging words, servant-leader actions, and a contagious passion to honor God with my life."

Paul uses a monthly newsletter (the Paraclete), audios, email reflections, a blog (www.thereaderforleaders.com) ,a new podcast, and seminars to give leaders tools for bettering their relationships/skills for Kingdom impact. He enjoys speaking to any group wanting to take their personal growth up a notch.

Paul has 2 wonderful children Austin and Cheyenne and is currently the co-PTO president at their school.
