Registration and Scholarship Information
Two ways to register: (please read all following information before deciding how to register.)
Register by Mail
- Contact Tilikum at 503-538-2763 to reserve a space in your desired camp. Once reserved, send in the form and a $35 deposit within 10 days. If the registration form and $35 deposit are not received by the end of the 10-day period, the camper space will be made available to someone else.
- Download a form, or call 503-538-2763 to have a registration form sent to you.
- Final payment is due 2 weeks before camp date.
- Camp Costs

NOTE: Before registering online, please call the Tilikum office at 503-538-2763 to reserve a spot for your camper. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that a spot will be available otherwise. Thank you!
- You can register online with a credit card
- A 6% convenience fee applies to online registrations. This amount is included in the online registration camp costs.
- Payment in full is required at the time of registration. Note: Registrations with scholarships or other partial payments (deposit, multi-child discount) need to be sent in the mail and cannot be completed online.
- Online Registration Camp Costs
- Registration for Impact must be done through the mail
- Complete a separate form for each child.
- Upon receipt of registration information and payment, a confirmation letter will be sent with further camp details.
- Campers attending camp with a local church must register through the church. Please call the church office for registration information.
- Due to the large number of registrations we receive, please do not register your child for multiple weeks of camp without first checking with our registrar.
- Tilikum's Home School program caters to families interested in having their child(ren) attend a summer camp program that is focused primarily on home school and private school children/youth.
- Home School Early Discount - Paid-in-full registrations received by April 19th receive a $15 discount. People taking this discount may not register online. Please send the registration through the mail.
