Food Service

The Tilikum food service staff welcomes you! We strive to present our guests with outstanding customer service and top-quality food. We make this possible by preparing our food from scratch, utilizing the freshest local ingredients and herbs picked fresh from our garden. We are happy to accommodate your special dietary needs with advance notice. Main Dining Room

• Located on the lower level of the Retreat Center, the main dining area comfortably seats up to 60 guests for family-style meals.
• Beverage service, including gourmet coffee, tea, cocoa, and ice water, is available 24 hours a day throughout your stay.
• Groups are welcome to bring their own snacks, and a table outside of the dining room will be provided. If you prefer to have your snacks provided, please check out our catering menu for options.

Onsite Catering
Our food service department is always ready to make your next catered event a success. Whether a full-service menu, corporate snacks, or a simple beverage bar, we are at your service.

• Meals can be catered to the Fawver Center or Northridge sites.
• Check out our catering options (additional options available upon request)
• Catered meals are served buffet-style

Meal times and other important information

• Typically, meals at Tilikum are served at 8:30 a.m. for breakfast, 12:30 p.m. for lunch, and 6 p.m. for dinner. Any changes to these times must be approved through Guest Services at least two weeks prior to arrival.
• Your final meal count must be submitted at least one week prior to your arrival.
