Typical Day on Summer Staff
Thank you for your interest in a Tilikum summer staff position. We are excited about another summer of ministry with kids and youth in our wonderful "outdoor playground." Every summer, we hire an average of 28 college-age or older adults to run our summer programs. Below is a brief explanation of our programs. For more information about each camp, visit our summer camps page or click below.
Day Camp is for children in first through sixth grade. Each week, more than 230 children have the opportunity to enjoy activities like canoeing, nature hikes, Big Swing, Bible stories, singing, and share times.
QUEST is a five-day version of High Adventure Camp available for sixth-grade only.
High Adventure Camp is a challenge course program (low and high ropes experiential learning) for junior-high youth. The focus of these three-night, four-day programs is team-building for youth groups and to challenge individuals to deepen their relationship with Christ.
Impact is our wilderness leadership program for high schoolers in grades 10-12.
