COSTS

This institute is generously sponsored by George Fox University and grants from the National Writing Project.  Participants can earn 3 graduate level semester credits for a significantly reduced tuition rate (exact figure to be released soon).  Alternatively, participants can attend for a total cost of of $400 (PDU certificate issued upon completion).  Please check with your school district about tuition/workshop workshop fee reimbursement. Many school districts will reimburse in full or in part, including Salem-Keizer, Dallas, Central, Newberg, Woodburn, McMinnville, Sherwood and others.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Apply online or download an application (PDF or MS Word). After the application is received, an interview will be scheduled with each applicant. Questions at the interview will touch on your writing interests and concerns, your philosophy of teaching writing, your list of questions and answers, and your desire to work in collaboration with others during the Institute.
