Public Comments or Concerns
George Fox University is committed to offering programs of the highest quality and integrity. Any concerns or complaints about the university’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program should be directed to the program director (Tyler Cuddeford, email@example.com; 503-554-2452).
The director will investigate the complaint or concern, consult with all parties involved, and provide a written response as soon as all information has been evaluated – typically within 14 days. A copy of the director’s decision will be kept on file for three years.
If the complainant is unhappy with the director’s response or decision, they may appeal in writing to the dean of the School of Behavioral and Health Sciences (James D. Foster, firstname.lastname@example.org; 503-554-2144). The dean will respond as soon as all information has been evaluated – typically within 14 days. The decision of the dean is final.
If the concern or complaint involves the director of the program, a letter should be sent to the dean of the School of Behavioral and Health Sciences, who will review the concern or complaint and render a decision. The decision of the dean can be appealed in this case to the provost (Patrick Allen, email@example.com; 503-554-2142), whose decision is final.
