About the Presenter
Yossef Ben-Porath, Ph.D. is Professor of Psychology at Kent State University in Ohio. He received his doctoral training at the University of Minnesota and has been involved extensively in MMPI-2 research for the past 22 years. He is a co-developer of the MMPI-2-RF and co-author of test manuals and numerous books., book chapters and articles on the MMPI-2. Dr. Ben-Porath was a co-developer of several scales new scales introduced with the MMPI-2 including VRIN, TRIN, and Fp, the Content Scales, Content Component Scales, the PSY-5 Scales, and the RC Scales. He is editor of Assessment. His clinical practice involves consultation to agencies that screen candidates for public safety positions and conducting criminal court ordered forensic psychological evaluations.
