Bailey Faust

Name: Bailey Faust

High School: Clackamas High School (Clackamas, Oregon)

Sport(s): Lacrosse

Position(s): Defender and midfielder

Height / Weight: 5-2

High School Highlights:
Earned second-team all-league (Class 6A Three Rivers League) in her sophomore and junior years, and was an honorable all-league selection as a freshman; serving as varsity team captain in 2017

Why I chose George Fox:
George Fox gave me everything I wanted in a school. They allowed me to play lacrosse and pursue my career in nursing and grow my faith. I knew that at Fox I would grow as a person spiritually and emotionally.

Position(s): Goalie

High School Highlights:
Was team’s defensive MVP as a junior and is serving as a team captain her senior year; recorded save percentage of 46.8 percent as a junior

Why I chose George Fox:
I visited campus and fell in love with the environment. I also value the philosophy of the lacrosse program, and was offered a scholarship by the William Penn Honors Program.

Name: Meredith Teel

Position(s): Midfielder

High School Highlights:
Named an all-state (Class 5A) player in 2015 and 2016, as well as an Academic All-American in 2016; served as a team captain her senior year, when she scored 18 goals to go with three assists and 19 ground balls; had 26 goals as a junior and 26 as a sophomore

Why I chose George Fox:
I chose George Fox because of the Christian education and atmosphere. I’ve had a dream to play lacrosse in college, and I am so excited to have this opportunity at George Fox! Also, coaching was a big factor in my decision, and I feel extremely blessed to have the chance to play under coach Harrington.
