This year at Selah, attendees will have the opportunity to help women and children in Africa to get “unstuck” from the poverty and disease that is part of their everyday lives. Two great organizations will be represented at the conference. Come ready to give your voice in advocacy, support a child, or purchase items made by women in Rwanda.

Africa New Life Ministries works in Rwanda to break the cycle of poverty by providing education for impoverished children and vulnerable women. Each year more than 70 women receive vocational training in tailoring and are able to lift their families from the ashes of poverty. With only 20 percent of children graduating from high school, education is the key to improving Rwanda’s future. Through Africa New Life, more than 3,600 sponsored children have returned to the classroom and are on their way to transforming the nation of Rwanda! Visit africanewlife.org.
