Applying to the doctor of ministry program at George Fox University requires several crucial steps.

- Compare the degree tracks based on ministry goals:
- Make sure you are able to meet the program admission requirements:
- Apply by June 1 (LEC and LSF).
- Apply Online

- Fill out your application online » (be sure to scroll down to the "Application for George Fox Evangelical Seminary" heading)
- Pay your $40 non refundable application fee online.
- Once you have clicked 'Save/Pay/Send' at the bottom of the last page of the application, your data is saved in its final form and you are taken to the payment page where you pay your application fee online. Your application is sent (by the server) after your payment has been authorized.
- If you're paying by debit or credit card:
- Fill in all information, including the complete credit card number, expiration date, and card billing information.

- Send the official transcripts for each college or university attended, references (pastoral, academic or professional, and personal), and your vitae/resume to the following address:

- Complete an entrance interview with the department director in person or via telephone.
- Note: the interview requires completed admission file (ie. steps 1-4 need to be complete); admissions will notify you when your file is complete.
- Sheila Bartlett will contact you and set up a time for you to complete a phone interview with the Administrative Assistant for the DMin Program, Dee Small.
- Once you have been accepted into the program:
- You will receive an official letter of acceptance.
- A new "Bruinmail" university e-mail account will be created for you. Access information will be sent to the e-mail address you submitted in the application process.
- You will be given access to "Bruindata," an online student-services tool that allows you to register for courses, update your personal information, etc. Access information will be sent to the e-mail address you submitted in the application process.
- Upon acceptance into the program, remit the tuition deposit of $200.

- This is very important! You cannot register for any courses or gain access into the online FoxTALE module 01 site until the university has received the tuition deposit.
- Send the tuition deposit to the following address by July 15 (LEC and LSF):

- If you choose to pay in this manner, note the following details:
- There is a 2.5% nonrefundable web services and handling fee to use this option.
- It may take 2-3 days to be fully processed.
- Your ID is listed as the "University ID" on your bruindata homepage.
- The amount that you are to pay is $200.
- Be sure to apply this payment to the "Fall Tuition".
