Once you have completed the application process and have been accepted into the program, you may begin to prepare for your first module of study.
Gaining "Student" Status at George Fox Evangelical Seminary
Once you have completed the following application tasks, you are officially a "student" at George Fox Evangelical Seminary:
- Applied for one of the DMin tracks
- Have been accepted into the DMin program
- Paid your $200 tuition deposit
If you have not completed the above tasks, go to the "Application process" page to do so.
Your status as a "student" allows you to access the registration, academics, and directory tabs in Bruindata.

Steps to prepare for module one
In order to prepare for the first module of the program, you need to register for the module one courses in bruindata, then access the FoxTALE course site to begin coursework. Follow the steps listed below to complete these tasks:
- Once the university has received the tuition deposit (TD), register for the module one courses by Aug. 15, 2008. This must be done in order to access FoxTALE and it must be done online through Bruindata.

- Register for the following fall and spring semester courses:
- To register, complete the following steps:
- Go to https://bruindata.georgefox.edu/
- In Bruindata, go to the "My Data" tab, scroll down a bit and select the "Class Registration" link (on body of the page).
- In the page that refreshes, select "Fall 2008" and "Graduate" in the drop boxes and hit the "Load registration" button.
- The call numbers that you will need for the Fall courses are:
- DMIN 511SJ: Spirituality and the Personality (Call #: 0932)
- DMIN 512SJ: Spiritual Formation in the Minister (Call #: 0934)
- DMIN 513SJ: Introduction to Research and Resources (Call #: 0935)
- DMIN 514SJ: History and Theology of Christian Spirituality (Call #: 0937)
- Once you have entered your call numbers, click "Add"
- Once you have added all of your courses, click "Saves Changes" and "OK" on the confirmation dialogue box.
- Check to make sure you are registered. In order to check to make sure that you have properly registered, check your "class schedule":

- In Bruindata, go to the "My Data" tab, scroll down a bit and select the "class schedule" link (next to registration link).
- In the page that refreshes, select "Fall 2008" and "Graduate" in the drop boxes and hit the "Execute" button.
- The courses for which you are registered will be displayed.

- Log into FoxTale, Bruinmail, and FoxFiles once before the Fall semester begins. You use the same username and password as you use for Bruindata.

- Access FoxTALE module one website and begin coursework on or after Monday, September 1, 2008.
- Log into FoxTALE and access the module one site from your "My courses " page. All coursework will be available within FoxTALE.
