Welcome! My role involves an innovatiive and far reaching aspect of George Fox Evangelical Seminary. Hybrid learning takes graduate education out of brick and mortar and into the lives of leaders around the globe through a combination of online and face-to-face interaction in virtual learning communities. It is exciting!

Outside of working at GFES I am a pastor of RiversWay Community, a Christ-centered home-based community. We are a handful of people learning to sense Christ's voice in and through each other and those we serve. Twice a month we meet with a group of adults that live in tents along Fanno Creek in SW Washington County. They meet us for showers, laundry, extra food and clothing, and a hot meal; we meet them because we are compelled to. It is we who walk away clean and filled.

My passion is for learning. That is why I love working with the faculty, administration, and staff of GFES. Learning also feeds my passion for running. Participating in the Hood to Coast Relay year after year I learn to love and laugh with friends crazy like me, that like to experience the synergy in the195 mile, 24 hour plus, relay race. Family is the true test of my ability to learn --- and along with my husband, four young adult children and daughter-in-law, I am constantly presented with opportunities to learn and love.
