The School of Education – the largest school at George Fox with approximately 50 full-time faculty and 800 candidates preparing for the professions of teaching, school counseling, administration, and school psychology – teaches courses in a Christian college setting and incorporates four departments:

Undergraduate Teacher Education

Master of Arts in Teaching

Graduate Department of Counseling

Educational Foundations and Leadership
(Doctor of Education, Master of Education, Administrative Licensure, Reading or Library Media Endorsements)

Our graduates are making an impact across the Pacific Northwest, providing services to students and other educators as teachers, administrators, counselors, and marriage and family therapists. Educators who have chosen to pursue this journey of professional preparation are co-learners with a faculty who are committed to excellence, integrity, reflection, and influences in today's world.
