Important note to all returning students:
George Fox University recently made a software change from the software platform that supported Bruindata to a new platform called Peoplesoft (or My GFU.) This was a massive undertaking and has affected all departments. All student data still accessible in Bruindata ceased to be updated as of December 5, 2008, so while you can still see transcript and grade information it will not reflect changes made after that date.
To register for classes, go to Peoplesoft (My GFU) directly. Your Bruindata login and password is also your login and password to the new system. The following documents will assist you in course registration:

Changing Your Course Schedule
Before registering for classes, please continue reading down this page to determine which category of student you are and follow the instructions accordingly.
New (Admitted) Student Registration
Students who have been admitted into an EDFL program (degree program, degree with endorsement or endorsement only) should receive an email at the email address supplied on the student's application form within 2-5 business days of admittance. This email will contain login and password information that will enable the student to access the Bruindata website and also My GFU to register for classes.
Returning Students
Returning students (those who were enrolled in the previous semester) may log into My GFU using their Bruindata logon access ID and code. If you have forgotten your username and password, please contact the IT Service Desk.
Returning Students Not Continuously Enrolled in EDFL Classes
If you have previously been admitted to a program at George Fox and have NOT been continuously enrolled, please click on the address below to access the EDFL Reactivation Application: https://scripts.georgefox.edu/ucomm/EDFLreapp.html
NOTE: If you have not been enrolled for more than three consecutive semesters, you will need to be readmitted to your EDFL program – contact Rhonda Bonham in the admissions office at 503-554-2266 or at rbonham@georgefox.edu.
Non-Degree Seeking (Independent) Student Registration
Students may take up to 10 credit hours at GFU without being formally admitted into a program. If the desired coursework exceeds 10 credit hours, then admittance into a program (degree program, degree program with endorsement, or endorsement only) is required if the student intends those credits to be applied to a degree or endorsement.
Independent students are not assigned an advisor and do not receive official advisement from EDFL faculty above what is necessary to achieve short-term academic goals (i.e. continuing education requirements). Taking and/or completing coursework is not a gaurantee of admittance into an EDFL program.
