Doctor of Education (EdD) Master of Education (MEd)
Specializations
Each specialization in the MEd consists of approximagely 18 semester hours of courses around a specific content area within education. Many of the specializations lead to an additional endorsement or license for K-12 educators in Oregon. They are available in either the MEd program or as stand-alone endorsements.

Oregon Administrative Licensure Preparation Programs
The School of Education offers two Oregon Teacher Standards and Practices Commission-approved programs:
- Initial Administrator License (can also be earned in the MEd in Educational Leadership specialization)
- Continuing Administrator License
Initial Teaching Licensure Preparation Programs
- Alternative Pathways to Licensure Program*
- Initial Teaching License in Library Media (Option 3)*
*These programs require meeting with an advisor prior to application.
