Doctor of Management
Our doctorate approaches the topic of management from a variety of disciplinary and historical perspectives while providing grounding in organizational theory. The program is designed for individuals who have earned a master's degree and have 10 or more years of professional work experience.
Dual tracks
The dual-track program includes an executive management track - for organizational leaders in corporations or nonprofit groups - and a management education track, for those interested in teaching, coaching, training, and consulting in an educational or corporate setting.
Weeklong Seminars
Our weeklong seminars - held one week each in January and May and two weeks in July - enable you to complete your doctorate while working full time. Class sessions are supplemented with reading assignments and projects as well as participation in a vigorous online community.
