Dirk Barram teaches courses in management and strategy for the MBA program. Barram came to George Fox in 1986 as vice president for graduate studies. From 1992 to 1998 he served as vice president of academic affairs.
His areas of interest include organizational development, employee motivation, team building, communication, and human resource development.
In 2004, Barram was named Outstanding Graduate Faculty Member of the Year for George Fox University.
