Tim Rahschulte joined George Fox University's School of Management as an assistant professor of business in August 2007. Tim has over 15 years of professional management experience in for-profit and non-profit organizations. Most recently, he has spent a number of years in state government where he served as a business implementation manager responsible for enterprise-wide change initiatives. He serves as an advisor and coach to managers and executives in the State of Oregon. Additionally since 1999, he has taught undergraduate and graduate courses at Thomas Moore College and the University of Phoenix and has been a guest lecturer at Portland State University the past three years. His areas of interest include organizational change, leadership and change implementation theory, human resource development, learner autonomy, and biblical perspectives of organizational leadership.
Rachschulte earned the Autonomous Learning World Caucus Award for Excellence while presenting research in Oxford in 2006. Dr. Rahschulte teaches leadership, human resource and management courses for graduate and doctoral studies.
