Jeff VandenHoek Director, MBA Executive Track Program

Jeff VandenHoek is an assistant professor and director of the university's MBA executive track. He teaches and administers the community consulting and service-learning portions of the MBA's executive and professional tracks.

VandenHoek, formerly program director for the university's Tilikum Center for Retreats and Outdoor Ministries, has extensive teaching, corporate team-building, and organizational development consulting experience. He has worked as an independent consultant for Intentionality, LCC, since January of 2006 while also serving as program director at Tilikum, a position he had held since 1998.

As Tilikum's program director, VandenHoek oversaw corporate business team facilitation activities and consultation with clients that included Intel of Hillsboro, Ore., Nike of Beaverton, Ore., Mentor Graphics of Wilsonville, Ore., Northwest Medical Teams of Tigard, Ore., and Willamette University of Salem. He also worked with students and employees from George Fox's MBA programs from 2000 through 2006.

VandenHoek also was an adjunct professor in George Fox's health and human performance department, teaching a one-semester course in experiential learning and leadership development each year since 2003. He also led seminars on project management, conflict resolution, and personal/business leadership development through the university's School of Professional Studies since 2004.
