MAOL Admissions
Admission to the program requires:
- Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university
- GPA of 3.0 or better in the final two years of study
- Five years of professional experience or two years of managerial/supervisory experience
- Completed Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership application form, available online, as a downloadable PDF, or in paper form by contacting Admissions
- $40 application fee
- Writing sample
- Group interview
Students are not required to submit scores from any standardized tests.
Cohorts begin each August and January.
Recommendation forms and instructions for the writing sample are included in the application packet.
Admission is made on a rolling basis, thus there is not a formal application deadline. However, you should submit your application as soon as possible in order to ensure that your application will be considered for the next available cohort.
