Service Learning Project Coordinator

Beth earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and education from Northwest Nazarene College, then continued with her education in earning a master's degree from Boise State University with an emphasis in business.

Her three favorite courses are Organizational Communication, Organizational Theory, and Christian Faith and Thought. She has taught the first two for many years and has developed a great interest in their content. Her teaching passion is the Christian Faith and Thought class.

Beth also supervises the service learning projects for the MA in Organizational Leadership and MBA programs in Boise. Developing partnerships with local public-benefit organizations is part of that responsibility. Currently, graduate students have consulted with more than 50 organizations.

Outside of teaching, she helps her husband Lee with the family's radio station business, which they founded more than 23 years ago. Her involvement in this business has helped her remain current with contemporary challenges business persons encounter in the world of work. People may also find her working in her yard or decorating her home. She has two grown children.
