Kristin Minter

I joined the George Fox Connect program in early 2022 as an adjunct instructor, and now serve as the online program director for health and wellness, overseeing the psychology and mental health studies and healthcare administration programs.

I am an instructor, curriculum specialist, subject matter expert, and course author with over 15 years of experience in K-12 and higher education. Previously, I have served as a substance use disorder counselor, health coach, and personal trainer.

Outside the Classroom

I live on Fox Island, Washington, with my husband, Jake, and four kids, and I attend Fox Island Alliance Church. I enjoy running/working out, cooking, gardening, and anything crafty.
