Emily Sallee, MA

Visiting Assistant Professor of School Counseling

I joined the Graduate Department of Counseling as a visiting assistant professor of school counseling in 2017. Prior to coming here, I worked as a school counselor at Holcomb Elementary School in the Oregon City School District for eight years, and I currently serve as the Oregon School Counselor Association’s president-elect. At Holcomb, I was responsible for providing individual and small-group counseling, classroom guidance lessons, and serving as a primary behavior intervention specialist.

I earned a master’s degree in school counseling from George Fox in 2009 and also hold a bachelor’s degree in human development from Warner Pacific College (2007). I am currently a doctoral candidate in Oregon State University’s counselor education and supervision program.
