Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) Program in Portland

George Fox University offers a part-time MAT program format at its Portland Center located near the I-5/217 interchange in Tigard.

We offer our part-time 16-Month MAT and 20-Month MAT formats at our Portland Center location.

Choose the format that best suits your schedule:

16-Month MAT

These virtual classes meet one to two evenings per week and one Saturday per month. Students are also required to attend one in-person session at the Portland Center each semester (4 total sessions over the course of the entire program).
