Life in the Fox lane

New student orientation is always an exciting time. Campus comes to life with the buzz of activity as students and their families check in, unload cars, meet roommates, buy books and settle into dorm rooms.

This year’s orientation theme was “Mind and Spirit.” By combining spiritual growth and top-notch academics, we believe the student experience at George Fox is truly life changing.

Hundreds of students spent four days building new relationships, unpacking, meeting resident assistants and faculty, and enjoying a busy schedule filled with memorable events: Playfair, Fred Meyer Night, a prayer dedication service, Mystery Bus Tour, a Portland Beavers baseball game, a scavenger hunt, worship and a hoedown.
