To find a specific dissertation, start with a Google search using the title and/or author's last name. 


2. WorldCat

WorldCat Dissertations Search Go


3) Proquest

Go to Proquest Central.

Set the Source Type to "Dissertation/Thesis."

Browse full text dissertations:

 

4) EBSCO

Search all EBSCO databases

You can limit the Document Type or Publication Type to "Dissertation."

5) George Fox Institutional Repository

Many universities, including George Fox, maintain open collections of works by faculty and students, including dissertations:

Note that you can use the Advanced Search feature to search across hundreds of institutional repositories:
