As Director of Digital Learning, I organize faculty professional development in blended and online instructional design and learning community development. We observe the impact of learning theories and methods while exploring emerging evidence in learning sciences. I collaborate with colleagues across our university, and among peers at other schools, to promote accessibility for all in instruction and to make instructional materials more affordable and available to contextual revision. My personal priority is to contribute to our university’s efforts to offer lifelong learning that transforms knowledge into purpose and action.

Working with a board of directors to manage the company budget, develop strategic initiatives, contract Higher Education clients, deliver learning management system solutions, and provide consultation to administrative and academic leaders on developing online and blended academic programs.

Director of Media Services Fuller Theological Seminary, Pasadena, California

Manage departmental budget and direct leadership of eight staff. Provide classroom technical support, operate a 3-camera production studio, publish conference and instructional media for public distribution, manage video conferencing for continuing education, and co-lead task force on implementing strategic initiatives for online instruction.
