Library Tech Desk

Both the Murdock and Portland Center libraries have onsite employees available to assist with technical issues.

More challenging problems should be directed to IT > Request Service.

The Library Tech Desk can field questions on:

  • Copying
  • Papercut
  • Password resets
  • Printing:
    • File won’t print
    • Paper jammed or out
    • Poor quality / toner
    • Refunds
    • Wireless printing
  • FoxTALE (for both students and faculty)
  • Scanning
  • Transcripts -- finding and printing
  • Wireless connection

Fall & Spring Semesters:

    Mon-Thu  7:30am to 10:00pm
Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm
Saturday 9:00am to 6:00pm
Sunday 2:00pm to 10:00pm
