Both the Murdock and Portland Center libraries have onsite employees available to assist with technical issues.
More challenging problems should be directed to IT > Request Service.
The Library Tech Desk can field questions on:
- Copying
- Papercut
- Password resets
Printing:
- File won’t print
- Paper jammed or out
- Poor quality / toner
- Refunds
- Wireless printing
- FoxTALE (for both students and faculty)
- Scanning
- Transcripts -- finding and printing
- Wireless connection
