This card allows the following privileges:

Check out 10 physical items at any one time (with the exception of DVDs, videos, kits, curriculum materials, and juvenile materials).
- Mailing items to patron is not a part of this privilege.
- Lost items will need to be replaced with a like item (with approval from Technical Services Librarian) or the replacement fee collected.
- Items can be renewed twice in person, by phone, or email as long as there is not a hold on the item.
Remote access to specified databases.

The cardholder is responsible for the return of all materials, the payment of fines or lost charges, and the ethical use of database access.

I agree to the responsibilities accompanying the privilege of alumni library use.

*Library cards will be mailed to your home address after the verification of graduation information with the university registrar.
