Library and Research Instruction

Librarians are available to teach students how to access, evaluate, and use the wide variety of available information sources.

Faculty can specify which database(s) and other resources they want students to learn about and the librarians will tailor the training to meet those needs.

Location:  Librarians will be happy to come into your classroom, whether physically or virtually.  If computers are needed so that students can do hands-on searching, there are two options: (1) hold class in the Library Instruction Room at the Newberg campus library, or (2) librarians can bring up to 13 Chromebooks to your classroom.

To request an instruction session, please contact a librarian.
