Pass/No Pass Forms - Spring 2020

The Pass/No Pass grading option allows students to earn credit for their class without it affecting their GPA. If the student earns a 'Pass', they receive the credits for that class and it will count toward their graduation requirements. If they earn a 'No Pass', the student does not earn those credits and the grade will not be factored into their GPA. See policies below to know what constitutes a Pass or No Pass grade.

  • All Pass/No Pass forms have been closed as the April 26 deadline has passed

Pass/No Pass Policies - Spring 2020

  • Deadline to apply - Sunday, April 26
  • Instructor approval required
  • No minimum GPA is required
  • No minimum number of earned credits is required
  • Limit of 2 classes per student
  • Gen Ed, minor, and elective classes eligible (excludes major requirements)
  • D or higher warrants a P grade
  • F warrants an NP grade
  • Deadline to apply - Sunday, April 26
  • Department Chair approval required
  • Gen Ed, minor, and elective classes eligible (excludes major requirements)
  • D or higher warrants a Pass
  • F warrants a No Pass
  • Deadline to apply - Sunday, April 26
  • Dean approval required
  • Not applicable to all degree programs
  • 20% of degree max is being overridden for spring 2020 only
  • B- or higher warrants a Pass
  • C+ or lower warrants a No Pass
