2011-12 Grading Schedule
These are the submission deadlines for course grades. Please mark these dates on your calendar and consider them when you are planning your syllabi.
Faculty are expected to submit final grades in a timely manner. Final grades must be entered through Peoplesoft, due one week after the course end date. This applies to fall, spring, and summer semesters. This policy also applies to courses that do not meet the full length of the semester.
Final grading remains open throughout the semester and closes one week after the end of the semester.
Wed, October 26, 8:00 am-Fri, October 28, 5:00 pm, Mid-semester online grade entry (traditional undergraduate only).
Fri, December 2, 8:00 am, Doctoral dissertation signed approval sheets due.
Fri, December 23, 5:00 pm, Final grade entry deadline.
Wed, March 7, 8:00 am-Fri, March 9, 5:00 pm, Mid-semester grade entry (traditional undergraduate only).
Fri, April 13, 5:00 pm, Doctoral dissertation signed approval sheets due.
Fri, May 4, 5:00 pm, Final grade entry deadline.
Fri, May 25, 5:00 pm, Final grade entry deadline.
Final grading is available through Peoplesoft throughout summer semester, April 30 - August 24.
Grades are due one week after the end of each class. Final grading for summer will close on August 31 at 5 p.m.
Reminder: Our grading system does not contain the grades "A+" and "D-". "FSA" grades should be used for any student who ceases to attend a class who does not complete passing coursework.
Transcripts: End-of-semester transcripts will be available to students 10 calendar days following the date grades are due.
