Enrollment Deposit - Current Undergraduates
A $300 enrollment deposit is required prior to enrollment at George Fox University. The date the deposit is received is used to establish priority for class registration and housing. This deposit is not a pre-payment on tuition, but will be held on the account to satisfy the following scenarios:
Upon graduation, the deposit will be applied to the applicable graduation fee and any outstanding charges on the account. Any remaining credit will be returned to the student.*
Cancellations prior to May 1 for Fall term, and greater than 60 days from the start of Spring term, will result in refund of the deposit minus any accrued charges.* Notice submitted after May 1, or less than 60 days prior to Spring semester will forfeit the deposit.
Continuing students who complete the official withdraw process more than 30 days prior to the start of a semester, and have no outstanding balance on their student account, will receive a 100% refund of the Enrollment Deposit.* Students who have an outstanding balance on their account will have the Enrollment Deposit applied against their account, and any remaining credit will be issued to them as a refund.
Continuing students who complete the official withdraw process less than 30 days prior to the start of the term, or who do not complete the official withdraw process but cease attending classes, will forfeit the Enrollment Deposit.
*Credits will be held for a minimum of 45 days to allow departments sufficient time to submit any fees or charges for the account. A student may elect to forego their refund and participate in our Pay It Forward Program by submitting this form.
