10-Year Celebration of Leadership and Global Perspectives DMin program set for London and Oxford, Fall 2019

Leadership and Global Perspectives Doctor of Ministry (DMin) third-year students and graduates, mark your calendars!

Portland Seminary and the Doctor of Ministry program invite you to join the active cohorts in London and Oxford, UK to celebrate the program's 10th anniversary. Activities include sessions with Martyn and Emma Percy, ministry field trips, connecting with fellow alumni and students at local pubs such as the Eagle and Child, punting on the River Thames, high tea, and culminating in a Celebration Gala!

Advance Details

  • Date: Sept. 26 - Oct. 2, 2019
  • Location: London, UK and Christ Church College, Oxford, UK
  • Who: Alumni and ABD students and one guest, 18 years or older.
  • Participation Limited: The advance will be limited to a maximum of 15 alumni plus guests. First-come, first-served! Register early to secure your spot.
  • Activities: Alumni will join the cohorts for some field trips or plenary lectures. Organizers will also provide additional activities for alumni only. Cohort 7 member Kristin Hamilton, aka 'Queen of the Universe,' will be taking lead on organizing the event for alumni. See the Advance schedule for details.
  • Guest fee: 
    • Entire Advance (Thur night 9/26 - Wed night 10/2): $1,500
    • Oxford-leg only (Sunday night 9/29 - Wed night 10/2): $900
  • Fee deadline to secure non-refundable reservation: July 1, 2019

Lodging

Lodging is provided as part of the fee. Participants will be housed at London House Hotel in London and Christ Church College in Oxford on a first-come-first-served basis.
