Personal Training

Personal training is a low-cost program available to students and George Fox employees to provide personalized fitness plans and dietary recommendations in order to provide support to people pursuing specific health and wellness goals. University Recreation personal trainers are all certified with NCCA-accredited Personal Training Certifications.

Personal training clients are invited to participate as individuals or with a partner. Initial consultation conversations are free and scheduled based on availability of the trainer, and whether they are accepting new clients. Prices are reflective of individual cost.


Individual Sessions

1 Session - $28 (Student Rate) / $35 (Non-Student Rate)

5 Sessions - $125 (Student Rate) / $155 (Non-Student Rate)

10 Sessions - $230 (Student Rate) / $300 (Non-Student Rate)

Partner Sessions

1 Session - $18 (Student Rate) / $25 (Non-Student Rate)

5 Sessions - $80 (Student Rate) / $110 (Non-Student Rate)

10 Sessions - $150 (Student Rate) / $200 (Non-Student Rate)
