Let's Hear it for the Bruins!
By Robby Larson, Director of Alumni Relations

Over the past few years it has become an annual rite of spring. As trees and flowers on campus begin to emerge from their winter slumber, the university community gathers to celebrate, watch, and cheer for our women’s basketball team as it makes another deep run in the NCAA Division III Championship Tournament. From the Alumni Board
By Norma Alley
Norma AlleyI’ve had the privilege of serving on the George Fox Alumni Board for the last six years, and it’s been an amazing experience. Ortega, a 1984 graduate of George Fox University and 1989 graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, was presented the 19th annual Judge Mercedes Deiz Award at the OWL Foundation’s 2011 Robert Deiz Awards Dinner on Friday, March 11, at the Governor Hotel in Portland.
