How to Reserve a Room
25Live enables students and employees of George Fox to view event information and simultaneously request the use of university space, equipment and services 24 hours a day, seven days a week from any computer with Internet accessibility. Whether it is a weekly meeting, lecture or special event, the University Conference and Event Office is here to help you reserve the space and services you need for a successful event.
(A username and password is required to access 25Live. You will receive an email notification once your request has been received. Submittal of a request in 25Live does not automatically approve the space, equipment and services. Your reservation is confirmed only after your space is assigned by the Conference and Event Office. Due to the high volume of requests, please allow at least (3) business days for confirmation of space and/or services. If your request is within (3) business days of the event, please contact the Conference and Event Office right away.)
Requesting Space in 25Live
- Access 25Live Scheduling System at 25Live
- Click "Sign In"
- Enter your George Fox Username and Password
Please note: If you do not have a username and password, please contact the Conference and Event Office at 503-554-2027
A minimum of three business days prior to the event is required to request space using 25Live. If the request is less than three working days, please contact the Conference and Event Office at 503-554-2027.
