Regular Hours (walk-in locations):

  • Monday-Thursday 7:15 a.m.-6 p.m. on the third floor of the Stevens Center with support from 6-11 p.m. at the Newberg MLRC  (Newberg Campus Library)
  • Friday 7:15 a.m.-5 p.m. on the third floor of the Stevens Center
  • Saturday and Sunday support location and hours are in the MLRC (Newberg Campus Library)

IT Web Request Forms
IMS Equipment Request- request equipment for a classroom, meeting or event.
Conference Phone Request - request a conference phone for a meeting.
Phone Change Requests- request changes to your phone number, phone buttons or report a phone problem.
Service Desk Request - report computer problems, request a FoxTALE course, request network access, etc. Use this form to request any service related to your computer, network or web services.
