Service Fee Schedule

The George Fox University Service Desk can contract PC/Laptop work or refer you to an independent contractor for additional services.

Fees are based on an hourly rate of $26.00 (as of January 1, 2007), with a minimum charge of one half hour and invoiced monthly.

Services include:
Installation of hardware on your computer to bring it into the minimum required configuration for Internet connectivity.
Consultation to resolve a hardware or software problem or to remove a virus.

Parts for installation of necessary hardware are in addition to the basic hourly rate and will be billed at cost plus a small handling fee, estimates available on request.
