Service Desk The Service Desk is open Monday through Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m., and provides the George Fox community with technical support.
Audio Visual Equipment Reservations (IMS)
George Fox University encourages faculty to use technology in the classroom. The IT department has a variety of equipment to choose from including LCD projectors, slide projectors, laptops, camcorders and tripods, VCR's, DVD's, CD players, tape recorders, microphones and much, much more. Please note that students are not allowed to check out equipment without authorization from a faculty member.
Computer Support and Repairs
The IT department provides support and repair for all university issued computers free of charge. All other computers may be subject to an hourly rate.
CAI Lab Reservations
The CAI Lab is an electronic classroom available for reservation Monday through Friday 8 a.m.-10:45 p.m. and Sunday 2 p.m.-10:45 p.m. In order for the IT department to accommodate a class or group, all reservations MUST be made ahead of time. You can make a reservation online or by calling the Service Desk at 503-554-2569.
