Normal Service Desk Hours:
Located on the Third Floor of Stevens
Monday - Friday  8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Extended Service Desk Hours: (School Year Only)
During the Extended Service Desk Hours
an IT workstudy student will be available
at the MLRC Library Main Desk
Monday - Friday  6 p.m. - 11 p.m.
Saturday  8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Sunday  2 p.m. - 10 p.m.

IT Web Request Forms
MPS Equipment Request Form - request equipment for a classroom, meeting or event.
**NEW** All reservations are to be made by 1pm the day before the equipment is required. If your request is for the next day and it is after 1pm please call the Service Desk at X2569. Requests for Saturday, Sunday or Monday need to be made by 1pm on Friday!

Equipment Authorization Form - allows a Faculty or Staff member to authorize a student for a MPS Equipment Reqest.
Phone Change Requests - request changes to your phone number, phone buttons or report a phone problem.
IT Service Desk Request - report computer problems, request a FoxTALE course, request network access, etc. Use this form to request any service related to your computer, network or web services.
