Network Drive (H:)

Network Drive (H:)

What is the Network Drive? It is a space on a network file server to store files. This is just a storage space - it is not possible to "host" these files via http/web or ftp.

How do I get to the Network Drive? Currently whoever has a network drive is able use it, but we are no longer creating network drives. On any Windows computer where you are required to do a domain login (specifically, to enter your MyGFU username and password, and sometimes the domain "campus") the Network Drive will automatically be mapped as your H: drive. Apple computers can also be linked to the Network Drive - contact the IT Service Desk. For now, domain logins are limited to the administrative network (offices and classrooms mostly).
