Student Account Questions

1.  How do I know how much my bill is going to be?
  • Prior to actual charges and financial aid going on your account (mid-July for Fall semester, first week of January for Spring semester, as available for Summer), there are a couple tools you can use to estimate your costs and expenses.
  • Graduate and ADP Students:  Select the Tuition and Fees page for your respective program
  • Find the cost per credit hour and multiply it by the number of credits you will be taking
  • Add in Student Body, Health/Counseling, Graduation, and other applicable fees
  • Subtract anticipated financial aid

Once charges have been posted, all students can sign into their MyGFU account at mygfu.georgefox.edu to see actual and updated financial information.

2.  How can a payment be made on a student’s account? What methods are accepted?

To set up payroll deduction, please complete the section on the Undergraduate Monthly Payment Plan Request Form. Contact your Student Account Specialist if you have questions.

4.  What payment plan options are available?

Semester payments are due in full one week prior to the start of the term.

Monthly installments, set up on an approved monthly payment plan, are due by the 15th of each month.

6.  Can anyone make a payment on a student’s account?

Yes, as long as the student’s name or student ID number (preferred) is provided along with the payment (i.e. on a check's memo line). If an Authorized User would like to pay towards a student's account online, they may do so by clicking here.
