Housing Calendar
2024-2025 Important Housing Dates
| Aug. 23 at 8 a.m. | University Housing opens for new students, including transfers. Please refer to the Welcome Weekend schedule for your designated check-in time. |
| Aug. 24 |
University Housing opens for returning students to move in. There will be welcome tables set up for student arrival where students will be able to check-in and get their key. These tables will be staffed from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. on Saturday 8/26. See check-in locations here. |
| Aug. 26 | Fall classes begin |
| Aug. 30 at 5 p.m. | Last day to make meal plan changes. |
| Dec. 13 | Last day of classes |
| Dec. 9-13 | Final exams |
| Dec. 14 at noon | University Housing closes for Christmas break |
| Jan. 10 at noon | University Housing reopens for spring semester |
| Jan. 13 | Spring classes begin |
| Jan. 17 at 5 p.m. | Last day to make meal plan changes. |
| Mar. 21 at noon | University Housing closes for Spring break |
| Mar. 30 at noon | University Housing reopens |
| May 2 | Last day of classes |
| April 28 - May 2 | Final exams |
| May 3 at noon | University Housing closes for undergraduate students |
| May 4 at 5pm | Last checkout for graduating seniors |
| May 5 | May Term and Summer Housing check-in |
