The MSW program will include nine-month internships in social service agencies and programs that match the students’ choice of concentration and their professional interests. On-site supervisors with graduate degrees from accredited social work programs will supervise internships.
Each intern will also have a faculty field supervisor and will take part in a faculty-led internship seminar concurrent with the internship.
The two-year MSW program will include a minimum of 1,080 clock hours of supervised internship, at least 480 hours in the foundation year and at least 600 hours in the concentration year. The Advanced Standing MSW program will include at least 600 hours of supervised internship.
